Objectives
I. To cultivate professional engineers as well as system integration
specialists in the areas of mechanical and vehicular technologies,
automation, manufacture, energy, refrigerating and air conditioning
engineering.
II. To strengthen academic research, to improve technical research and development, and to raise the technical level of mechanical
and electrical technologies.
III. To develop distinctive research features for the departments
and institutes of this college, and to carry out the cooperation
between the university and industry through exchange of technical
information, joint development of new devices and mutual on-thejob
training.
IV. To cultivate well-rounded engineers by offering them not only
professional training but also training in the areas of foreign
